D&D & Tabletop RPG Interest & Information Session
D&D & Tabletop RPG Interest & Information Session at pdk. NINE Board Game Café in Mount Laurel, NJ — Sunday, Nov 8, 1 PM. Free.
Curious about Dungeons & Dragons? Looking for a group or ready for a longer adventure? Come learn about our tabletop RPG programs, build a character, and get some games in with our house DMs! You can always sign up to any of our ttrpg sessions at games.pdknine.com/events. Free to attend!
We’ll start with an information session covering what we offer, what to expect, and how to get involved, including:
- One-Shot Minis: Short, self-contained adventures that make it easy to try D&D or fit a little adventuring into your schedule.
- 3-Hour Adventures: Longer sessions with more time for exploration, roleplaying, and getting yourselves into trouble.
- Monster of the Week: Investigate strange happenings and hunt supernatural threats in a storytelling game inspired by shows like Buffy and Supernatural.
- D&D After Dark: Learn about our After Dark sessions, their format, and what to expect at the table.
- Our upcoming World of Warcraft event: Get the details on this multi-session adventure and what joining involves.
- Our January campaign: Preview a new multi-session campaign using Dragon of Icespire Peak, including how to join and the expected commitment.
Stick around afterward to put some of that curiosity into practice!
First, we’ll host a How to Create a Character session to walk you through building your own D&D character. Then, join our house DMs for one-page tabletop RPGs—games with short, approachable rules that let you jump into the action quickly.
New and experienced players are welcome. Bring your questions, your imagination, and perhaps a healthy suspicion of anything the DM describes as “perfectly normal.”
Attend the info session and receive a ticket for a half-price One-Shot Mini or Monster of the Week adventure!
