Love coffee? Love talking about coffee? Want a hand in shaping our menu?

Join our inaugural Coffee Club for a relaxed morning of tasting and conversation. This month we are exploring winter flavors! Try four drinks we’re developing, share your honest feedback, and help us turn our experiments into your next favorite order.

Welcome to Coffee Club at pdk. NINE—a relaxed gathering for curious coffee drinkers who want a peek behind the café counter and a hand in what we serve next.

For our first meeting, we’re working on our new winter menu. You’ll receive four tasting samples of drinks we’re developing as we walk through the flavors, share our ideas, and hear yours.

We’ll taste together, compare notes, and talk about what’s working—and what needs another attempt. Too sweet? Needs more spice? Have a flavor combination you’ve been waiting for someone to make? This is the place to say it.

Your feedback will help shape the finished menu. When the winter drinks arrive, you’ll get to see how those ideas turned into the recipes behind the counter. Consider it a chance to see how the sausage is made. *no sausage-flavored coffee… just yet.

Four tasting samples included
Guided tasting and relaxed group conversation
Help fine-tune recipes and choose favorites
Share ideas for future flavors
Pastries will be available for purchase

No expertise or fancy tasting vocabulary required. Knowing what you enjoy, and being curious about what’s in your cup, is plenty.

Come on your own or bring a fellow coffee lover, and help us start a new monthly tradition.
